6th European Academy of Forensic Science Conference, 20-24 August 2012, Netherlands...

The Netherlands Forensic Institute (NFI) takes pride in announcing that the 6th European Academy of Forensic Science Conference will be held in The Hague, the International City of Peace and Justice, from 20 to 24 August 2012.

The title of the conference reflects the momentum of forensic sciences: Towards Forensic Science 2.0. This clearly indicates that the conference will take us to new heights in forensic science.

A dedicated group is preparing an exciting program and event, which will appeal to a broad range of forensic professionals, such as forensic scientists, managers, lawyers, police officers and policy makers. To cut across the boundaries between disciplines is what we are aiming for.

The timing of the EAFS2012 conference is ideal for bringing along partners who will enjoy visiting the city of The Hague, which is close to the seaside and to other famous Dutch cities.

Make sure not to miss the special event that EAFS2012 is going to be!

Tjark Tjin-A-Tsoi, the CEO of the host organisation, and his NFI-staff, look forward to welcoming you at the EAFS2012 conference.

The conference website will be the central point for all information and communication. Please visit this site regularly in order to be fully informed on all aspects of the conference. The social media are available for this purpose as well.
